The neighborhood is home to roaming deer and wild turkeys that you will see most every day, sometimes right in the yard. And you can see whales, dolphins, sea otters and spectacular sunsets galore.

Beach combing, tide pools , strolling, hiking, exploring and cycling right from your home, with shopping, antiquing, dining, wine tasting close by. Currently undergoing full remodeling and available for the first time as a monthly rental starting May 1st, 2024 (subject to change), this can be your private home away from the city, the snow, or the heat, where you can vacation, recharge, or work away from home with our gigabit internet, all while watching sea otters, dolphins, whales, and a variety of sea birds frolic in the ocean.
This serene retreat is bathed with fresh, cooling sea breezes and is adjacent to the Fiscalani Ranch Reserve for miles of enchanting walks, hikes, and bicycle trips, and very close to famed Moonstone Beach, many more trails, the quaint downtown filled with shops, antique stores, and restaurants (no chain stores), and is 10 miles to Hearst Castle, 12 miles to the world’s largest elephant seal rookery and lighthouse, and is the gateway to Big Sur and Cabrillo Highway 1, the most Googled road trip in the world.
Cambria is pleasant and temperate year-round, but there are a few warm days in the fall, so we’ve added air conditioning upstairs to keep you cool- this is a rarity in Cambria. There are also two gas log fireplaces, central heat, and radiant floor heating in the master and guest baths to keep you warm when you want it.
You’ll also be able to enjoy wine tasting in town and in the fabled Paso Robles wine region, and have access to kayaking, stand-up paddling, romantic strolls on the beach, farmers markets, events, nearby Morro Bay, Cayucos, San Luis Obispo, Harmony, golf, whale watching, deep sea fishing, ATVing, ride Clydesdale horses, even zebra spotting!
